Rom Designs Jeans and Jewellery for Everywoman
Mel and Rhay Rom of Rom Designs have just launched two new exciting labels and both will be on display at this year’s Everywoman Expo on June 16-18 at the Perth Convention Centre.
Firstly Rom Designs Rock Jeans are inspired by Mel and Rhay’s love of music as both are professional entertainers and are always on the look out for something unique and funky to wear on stage. Due to the overwhelming public interest in their jeans, the pair is now making their creations available by order.
Rhay’s talent with a sewing machine stems from a long line of master cutters in the family and means Rom Designs Rock Jeans are guaranteed to please and impress the individual looking for a truly unique pair of fashion jeans.
Rom Designs Jewellery is the second new label with each piece crafted using the finest materials including 24k gold flex wire and Stirling silver. They have chosen to use only Swarovski crystals.
Mel’s inspiration is drawn from a love for her mother’s jewellery collection of family heirlooms. Somewhere along the way Mel also developed a passion for crystal, particularly Swarovski crystals. A recent trip to the
Philippines (Rhay’s homeland), has added inspiration for Mel and Rhay to create unusual but delightful pieces that are sure to attract positive attention.
Both new lines can be witnessed first hand at this year’s Everywoman Expo as part of designedge fashion incubator located at the Belmont Forum Shopping Centre.
The Designedge fashion incubator is a creative retail outlet that showcases the talents of local fashion designers. The largest community incubator of it’s kind in Australia the outlet not only gives local fashion designers a chance to display their work but it gives interested parties the chance to make an appointment and meet the designer in person..
