The Textile, Clothing and Footwear Resource Centre (TCF WA) located at the Belmont Business Enterprise Centre Inc. – Small Business Centre Belmont continues to grow from strength to strength since being established in 1998. Currently, in excess of 1500 TCF businesses in WA are listed with TCF WA indicating a real need for this resource in Western Australia.  Requests are now coming from across Australia and overseas to link up with this exciting and innovative TCF Centre.
